It's different from Business Personal Property (BPP) below, which covers equipment and items you'd take with you if you moved.

Coverage & Financials

BPP covers equipment, furniture, and fixtures you own and could take with you if you moved — exam tables, dental chairs, X-ray units, sterilization equipment, computers, office furniture. If you lease your space and paid for permanent build-out, that value goes under Tenant Improvements & Betterments (TIB) above instead.
